What is breath work?

Breath work in its simplest form is conscious, connected breathing that will influence your mental, emotional, and physical state.

When you’re partaking in a breathwork session, individually you’re going to go on your journey where your mind and body feel safe and ready to feel, express, and let go of suppressed emotions, events, and trauma you’ve been holding onto.

You’re in control of how deep your journey is going to be as well as the environment and safety that is provided for you. 

My mission is to provide you with that SAFETY for you to feel and express things that you’ve pushed so far down and not wanted to or never thought you could face. 

Breathwork is more than breathing, its purpose is to regulate your nervous system and allow you to take responsibility for your life and change it. The power is within you and you have the opportunity to LET GO, express freely and safely, understand your mind and body, walk with confidence, and live from a place of authenticity. To live in freedom and go from surviving to THRIVING.
